I am looking for a Workday Recruiting Consultant to join my client on a contract basis.
Contract Workday Recruiting Consultant (French-Speaking) - Remote
Utilize expertise in Workday Recruiting to provide remote consulting services to clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their recruiting processes and requirements, offering tailored solutions within the Workday platform.
Configure and customize Workday Recruiting modules to align with client needs, including job requisitions, candidate management, and onboarding.
Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for optimizing their recruiting processes using Workday.
Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of Workday Recruiting functionalities.
Communicate effectively in French with clients to understand their recruiting challenges and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
Offer insights and recommendations based on consulting experience to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
Fluent in French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Workday certified with expertise in Workday Recruiting.
Proven experience working in a consulting capacity, preferably in a remote setting.
Ability to configure and customize Workday Recruiting modules to meet client requirements.
Experience conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to clients.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members remotely.
Day Rate is flexible.
