Description

We are looking for Nursery Assistant that will:

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
Plan and implement ageappropriate activities
Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors
Assist with general duties are needed
Observe and monitor children's behaviour and development, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel
Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
Knowledge of child development principles and practices
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members

Last 3 years of employment history or education history

Children Barred List Check within last 12 months

Enhanced DBS within last 12 months, issued to current supplier

NVQ Level 2 in early years or equivalent
