We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants in Birmingham who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Meet our service user

Our service user is a young boy who lives with family in Birmingham and requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis with his complex care needs.

He loves to attend school, socialising with his friends, teachers, and care team. He enjoys all forms of sensory play along with being out and about accessing the community.

Throughout the day your role will be to support him with his morning routine and accompanying him to his educational setting.

You will assist him with his personal care, moving and handling, making close clinical observations and attending to his care needs when required.

You will assist him in engaging in his learning and development through play and support with engagement and interaction with his peers.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

Essential Experience Required

3 months previous care experience
Personal care
Moving and positioning
Medication Administration

Desired Experience

Gastrostomy Care
Oral Suctioning
Seizure Awareness

We have the following shifts available

Part Time Days
8am 4:00pm

Monday

Friday
1 Shift Per Week

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays:
£13.00 per hour (Approx. £104 per 8-hour shift)

Bank Holidays:
£15.00 per hour (Approx £120 per 8-hour shift)
