Description
A well established central London law firm which provides a wide range of advice including insolvency, commercial litigation, employment, fintech and company commercial.
An exciting opportunity for a commercial litigator partner, to help further develop a very successful and friendly commercial litigation team.
You will be supporting the commercial and insolvency litigation teams to service existing SME clients and be looking to expand and develop a new client base in this area.
Clients include high net worth individuals and corporates involved in contractual disputes.The successful partner candidate will be expected to have a broad commercial litigation experience, with an emphasis on arbitration, breach of contract claims and shareholder disputes.
Some probate litigation experience would also be useful though is not essential.
