As the Packhouse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the success of their soft fruit season.

Your responsibilities will include expertly managing and training a seasonal staff of 40-50 individuals, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

The Role

• Provide exceptional personnel management to efficiently organize and train seasonal staff
• Implement and enhance BRC food processing systems and HACCP principles for fruit and Freeze drying
• Strategically manage stocks to meet packing requirements, including packaging, crates, labels, and film
• Deliver accurate and timely reports for customers and senior management
• Oversee packing and dispatch processes to meet customer specifications

The Candidate

• Hands on experience in food processing and familiarity with off and in line labelling and printing systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with external partners for orders and transport arrangements
• Proficiency in quality management and sales order processing
• Understanding of sage accounting processes

• Salary to £45,000 DOE
