- Designing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to address specific business requirements.
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, integrations, and functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
- Providing technical expertise and support to internal teams and end users, including training and documentation as needed.
- Keeping abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance the organization's Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
