- Assisting teaching and learning in the classroom.
- Carry out interventions in the classroom as directed by the class teacher.
- Supervising break and lunchtime duties
- Undertaking an after school club
You will need to attend fortnightly training as well as face to face coaching, which will lead to a level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
Expected career opportunities after the apprenticeship:
Permanent role in the school as a teaching assistant
Contract length: 18 months
