You will be:

  • Assisting teaching and learning in the classroom.
  • Carry out interventions in the classroom as directed by the class teacher.
  • Supervising break and lunchtime duties
  • Undertaking an after school club
This role is offered under the apprenticeship scheme with PEAK apprenticeships.

You will need to attend fortnightly training as well as face to face coaching, which will lead to a level 3 teaching assistant qualification.


Expected career opportunities after the apprenticeship:
Permanent role in the school as a teaching assistant

Contract length: 18 months
