- Extensive international travel to include commercial and private flights
- Organising private and client entertainment and events
- Liaising with accountants and lawyers
- Managing household and private yacht staff
- Extensive liaison with 3rd party providers
- Dealing with all memberships and subscriptions
- Being the ambassador for the company
- Assisting with personal and private projects
- Minimum: degree educated
- Experience providing Private PA and EA support to a dynamic individual
- Desire to get fully involved and go above and beyond
- Numerically confident and aware
- Ability to work remotely, in office and be available out of hours
- Confidence taking ownership of projects
- Ability to make decisions and use initiative
- Ability to listen and read the room
- Loyalty and total discretion
