Maintain a continuous pipeline of new ideas and ensure successful delivery of each new product to market.
Supervise all stages of NPD, including formulation, testing, production, and launch dates, while identifying and addressing potential risks.
Manage the product portfolio, suggesting improvements, re-formulations and cost-saving measures to stay competitive.
Lead and oversee the Product Development team, ensuring their success aligns with company goals.
Foster strong relationships with key partners such as manufacturers, suppliers, and testing facilities.
Coordinate NPD efforts across departments like Operations, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring smooth implementation.
Ensure production quality and compliance with regulations, including global standards.
Provide technical support and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Oversee compliance and registration processes.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSExtensive experience in technical product development, including a thorough understanding of compliance, regulations, raw materials, and global registrations.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
Adaptable and at ease in a dynamic and expanding work environment.
Prior experience in the beauty industry, particularly in skincare cosmetics, is essential.
Strong collaborative skills, adept at prioritization, and capable of influencing stakeholders effectively.
Previous involvement in entrepreneurial ventures and founder-led businesses.
Demonstrated ability in managing and leading teams effectively.
