Job Title - Senior Customer Service Advisor (Order Processing)

Location - Bolton

Salary - £22,000 - £23,000 + £5,000 bonus (Company wide bonus)

Key responsibilities

To provide an efficient and effective telephone service to all callers coming into the Order Processing Team
To demonstrate an ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
To assist callers with basic requirements and facilitate the transfer to the correct department/person
Ensure all calls are logged on the internal system in the appropriate manner
Basic training on Order Processing to assist in busy times if required
Learn the business and the industry to assist with your future growth
