New Homes Sales Manager

Shoreditch, East London

Starting salary from £28,000 up to £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience

PLUS uncapped commission scheme, expected OTE in year 1 up to £75,000

PLUS zone 1&2 travelcard

5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.00pm, Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm, Saturday (on adhoc basis) 10:00am to 4:00pm.


In this instance, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage and develop our New Homes team.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Manager, with solid and recent experience within property, who is looking for the next step in their career.

Requirements:


The main responsibility is to take full accountability as the Sales Manager to drive the profitability of the team. This will consist of many duties such as;

  • Identifying areas of improvements to meet targets and expectations
  • Maintaining a comprehensive register, generating and winning market appraisals and instructions by building and maintaining relationships, especially with property developers.
  • Coaching, building & motivating colleagues across the New Homes team to achieve and exceed results, leading by example
  • Consistently driving and delivering an outstanding customer experience (5* reviews)
  • Keeps up to date with legislative compliance and demonstrates strong industry knowledge
  • A proven and successful track record of working in the property industry at a senior level, ideally with experience working specifically within New Homes teams
  • Strong understanding of the residential property sector & the local market and legislation
  • Previous experience managing and coaching a team of negotiators, setting and monitoring targets and KPI's and motivating the team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make decisions fairly and consistently, and be empathetic and / or assertive as and when required
  • Structured and organised, with strong time management skills
  • Resilient and consistent attitude, with a keen and competitive nature to succeed
  • Ability to lead from the front, demonstrating by example and identifying training / development requirements
