Salary:
From 22,000 Depending on Experience (The successful applicant's experience will be graded against our internal grading system to determine their salary package and level)

What you'll do

As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical advice to both internal and external customers, regarding Etex Building Performance systems.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To show high levels of accuracy in the delivery of customer service, meeting measured targets
To answer all technical enquiries and undertake any further action required
To provide guidance and advice to clients to enable them to achieve sign off from relevant parties
To comply with the department filing structure, to include recording project data and working in accordance with all department quality assurance procedures
To develop customer relationships
To manage all risk in relation to delivery of information to customers
To offer professional judgment on all aspects of the range of Etex Building Performance systems
To provide technical assistance across departments
To assist the Architectural Specification Manager's with Project Packs, specialised CAD details as required
To supply specialist CAD details to Customers on ongoing projects

What you'll bring

_Full training will be provided in order for you to be able to learn and reach your full potential in this role You will also be supported with external training, which will contribute to your own personal skills and qualifications _

Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written
The ability to translate complex technical issues into straightforward language
The ability to meet strict deadlines, and manage time effectively
Strong problemsolving skills
Conceptual and analytical skills
The ability to work both as part of a team, and independently
The desire to learn and grow within the role
Proficient in the use of MS Office
Experience of using, or the willingness to learn CAD
Experience in customer services, or an administrative position
A minimum of A Level qualifications
It would be an advantage, but is not essential, if you also have:_
Degree, HNC/HND in a Science, Technical, Building, Architectural or other related field or experience in a similar role
