Join us as a Rates Sales Vice President

  • Advance your career as an Vice President in our Official Institutions & Short Term Markets sales team
  • You'll mainly be helping with coverage of Official Institutions and Bank treasuries for Rates & FX, alongside helping colleagues in coverage of MMF and Corporate treasuries in short term market products
  • It's an opportunity to raise your profile as you generate revenue by proactively identifying potential transactions for our clients and internal desks

What you'll do:


As a Rates Sales Vice President, you'll be proactively covering Official Institutions and Bank treasuries in Rates, FX & short term markets products.


Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Completing transactions for fixed income and short term market products
  • Producing regular market content, commentary and trade ideas for your clients
  • Developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships to provide best service to our client base
  • Producing market intelligence of client behaviour and patterns for internal stakeholders

The skills you'll need:

In your new role, you'll have experience of working with institutional and corporate clients on fixed income product transactions.


Ideally, you'll have sales experience of short-term markets products, a good understanding of Excel, Macro and Python, along with knowledge of bank funding and financing, but this isn't essential.


You'll also need:

  • A good understanding of Rates, FX and short term markets products
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Exposure to front office systems
