- Analyze sales and pricing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth. Focus on X-Sell, Up-Sell and Portfolio penetration in combination with sales channels and market peculiarities.
- Prepare and present reports (Power Query, Pivot), dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI) to communicate recommendations to improve sales performance (e.g., X-Sell, UP-Sell, Portfolio penetration vs Market peculiarities, etc.). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to assess performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives based on data insights.
- Support pricing strategies and promotions by analyzing their impact on sales.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and other departments.
- Special projects as assigned within the area of organizational efficiency (automation) within Pricing, Sales and contiguous departments
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field (Optional MBA)
- Optional Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification
- 2+ years of pricing, marketing, and/or finance experience, preferably in a distributed services organization.
- In alternative, experience in a large accounting/consulting firm.
- Strong data analysis skills. Financial/business modeling experience is a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (or alternatives), Power Query
- Power Automate is a plus
- Experience working with SalesForce, SQL, SAP and pricing software are a plus.
- Effective oral and written communication skills with an ability to efficiently communicate financial results to both financially and non-financially oriented persons.
- Initiative: originate productive actions without specific instructions; generate new ideas, processes and approaches to meet business needs.
- Ability to be a change agent in instituting best practices to drive operational performance and effectiveness across the group. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to organize data effectively.
- Functional knowledge of financial reporting systems and methodologies for reporting using business intelligence tools are a plus.
- Analytical skills to conduct basic research analyze data and prepare recommendations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
