    THE ROLE

    • VP of New Business Development will play a critical role in growing Elevate's international business specifically focused on Hospitality, Feasibility, Partnerships, Brand, Creative, Insights, Talent and Ticketing.
    • position will be responsible for generating new business and ensuring clients' objectives are being met.
    • ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience across the Sport and Entertainment landscape and can understand and anticipate the unique and evolving needs of these broad ranging industries.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Apply your knowledge of new business development the sports and entertainment industry, and market trends to identify key prospects, obtain meetings with key decision makers, qualify leads and generate new business
    • Serve as the main point of contact for new clients seeking an outsourced consulting partner to deliver on pressing business needs.
    • Build and maintain positive and trust-based relationships with client stakeholders for existing and new projects in the Elevate portfolio
    • Serve as an expert for Elevate on industry best practices, emerging categories, industry trends, etc. and integrate learnings into the successful execution of new business partnerships.
    • Prepare and present proposals for projects for internal decision making in senior leadership meetings, budgeting, project cost analysis, and forecast capital expenditures
    • Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing and sales plans and ensure objectives are being met
    • Generate and maintain progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
    • Identify areas of potential dissatisfaction, strategize course correction
    • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
    • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
    • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals and communicating regularly with Elevate senior management on progress against goal while recommending and making necessary adjustments to execute against objectives
    • Manage, coordinate, and negotiate external vendor relationships and third-party service providers
    • Maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of business demands and market requirements
    • Deliver ideas and processes that constantly go beyond our partners expectations

    A. Education and/or Experience

    • Degree required

    • to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and to prioritize efficiently
    • in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and negotiating creative solutions
    • in building out innovative presentation decks in Keynote or PowerPoint
    • in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of Services, with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive
    • to extensive travel
