Description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Site Supervisor to join our Ford dealership in Romford to assist and support the sales department to ensure the centre is displayed to the highest standard, whilst also checking that all vehicles are presented appropriately.

This position is offered on a 42.5-hour 5 day working week Monday - Friday with a salary of £24,000 and reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Experience and Skills
The key attributes and skills we look for in an applicant are:

A very high attention to detail
A full UK driving licence is required
An ability to multitask
A cando attitude

Key Responsibilities and Duties

To ensure all vehicles arriving on site are fully appraised
To complete online claim forms and report any vehicles with excess damage that arrive
To photograph all newly valeted stock and upload
Assist with delivery and collections form other sites
Rearranging the forecourt vehicles
