As a Production Technician at Honeywell, in Yeovil, you will be responsible for the assembly & test of a range of small, precision Mechanical / Electrical assemblies used in a variety of Aerospace applications.

Items are produced in accordance with manufacturing instructions, specifications and Customer/Regulator Requirements within an empowered team environment to meet delivery requirements.

This is a site-based position, which reports directly to the Departmental Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing product to engineering drawings and instructions
• Assembly and Test inline environmental control systems
• OCQ - Operator Control of Quality
• To achieve on time delivery by ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard
• Interpreting engineering drawings, following the process layout and documentation procedures

Key requirements:

• Knowledge of mechanical fitting application
• High standard of Health & Safety
• Working in a Customer-focused environment and achieving target
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Candidates from an Aerospace environment will be preferred.
