Londinium are currently seeking a Working Foreman who comes from a carpentry background and has a proven track record in overseeing prestigious projects to join our clients team for an exciting opportunity.

• Project Scope: You'll be spearheading a residential refurbishment project in Knightsbridge
• Responsibilities: Your role will entail managing the project and site trades, coordinating materials and labor, while spending approximately 2 days a week on project management duties and 3 days a week on carpentry tasks.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English is essential as you'll be liaising with clients and subcontractors via phone calls and other communication channels.
• Documentation: Maintain daily records of personnel on-site and works completed.
• Health & Safety: Take charge of ensuring health and safety standards on-site, with a preference for candidates with first aid certification.
• Start Date: Week commencing May 7th.
• Certification: CSCS not mandatory but beneficial.
• Tools & References: Own tools required along with a solid track record and references.

• Salary: £270 per day.
