We are seeking a Director of M&A to join a high-profile team with global reach and play a key role in driving the organisation's continued growth.

The Role:
As a Director of M&A, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives and lead efforts to identify and execute key acquisitions. Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth through acquisitions
Manage the end-to-end M&A process, from target identification to integration
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership
Develop financial models and conduct due diligence to assess potential acquisitions

A proven track record of success in M&A within the manufacturing sector.
Specific manufacturing market knowledge in the Spectroscopy, Photonics, Sterilisation, Sensor, and Soil Analysis markets would be highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
MBA or equivalent degree preferred

Location:
Global, with flexibility for travel as needed
