    Job Overview:

    I'm seeking a talented C++ Quantitative Developer to join the team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high-performance trading systems and algorithms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders to implement and enhance systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading infrastructure and algorithms in C++.
    • Implement and optimize quantitative models and trading strategies developed by the research team.
    • Conduct backtesting and performance analysis to assess the effectiveness and robustness of trading strategies.
    • Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and technology teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of trading systems.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in systematic trading and algorithmic development.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in C++ programming language, with a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
    • Experience in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, or systematic trading is highly desirable.
