The Group consists of three divisions VetPlus - a global leader in companion animal nutraceuticals, Agri Lloyd, an agriculture-focused unit and Mill Farm Sports Village a multi-purpose leisure complex incorporating a fully owned football club with associated facilities.

About the role:

We are looking for a Credit Controller to support our busy finance team on a permanent full-time basis based in our HQ - Lytham.

The Credit Controller is a key member of the team, responsible for timely collections of monies due from customers and resolving any issues that come up with regard to non-payment of debt.

Main Duties:

Preparing customer statements and sending postal copies.
Controlling the aged debtors' report and making phone calls to overdue customers.
Sending letters when accounts remain unsettled and using Money Claims Online where necessary.
Processing daily receipts from the bank onto SAGE and allocating to the correct invoice.
Communicating to the sales team with customer accounts are on hold in order to resolve matters quickly.
Product Aged Debtors reports and take part in monthly conference calls to discuss overdue accounts.
Updating SAGE daily with customer communications and allocating payments.

About You:

Have Credit Control experience
Have a good knowledge of Excel and Word
Experience using SAGE Line 200
Be a team player
Good communication skills
