A global private equity firm is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their dedicated and professional team, the IT Helpdesk Analyst will have responsibility for supporting the global IT function and will be supported by the wider IT Team.
This is a greatopportunity for a driven and talented individual who wants to make a difference on a global scale as part of a prestigious company.
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- Managing and logging IT helpdesk calls
- Managing and assigning permissions through Active Directory
- Planning and taking ownership of desk moves when required
- Scheduling software and hardware upgrades with relevant third parties
- Maintaining smooth running of all IT systems, including antivirus software, print services and remote monitoring
- Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, O365 including Outlook
- Knowledgeable on terminal services, network infrastructure and network patching
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Office 36
- Knowledge of Avaya Call Manager telephone system or similar VOIP system would be an advantage, but is not essential
