Our client based in Elland is actively seeking a strong Customer Administrator to join a growing team. If you are an experienced Customer Administrator, Sales Administrator seeking a new exciting opportunity please apply.

Duties and experience to include:

handling Quotes, Sales Orders and general sales enquiries and customer service enquiries.

Also engages with Customers via outbound contact campaigns to generate new sales orders and/or leads.

Responding to Quote requests

Processing Sales Orders

Responding to sales and customer service enquiries

Investigating Customer complaints

Contacting Customers as part of sales campaigns

Adhering to agreed processes and Quality systems

Previous experience in a similar role

Experience of working with a technical product and also handling complaints.

Experience of SAP would be desirable.

Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths.

Accurate data entry

Attention to detail
