    Are you a pop culture fan who has expertise in building product pages that sell on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.? The eCommerce Listing Operations and Content Specialist is responsible for onboarding listings and building digital content for apparel and accessories that increase discoverability and convert to sales.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in leveraging multiple tools/resources to build content, manage the listing onboarding process and listing lifecycle across multiple platforms and have a strong understanding of marketplaces such as Amazon (FBA, Merch on Demand), Walmart, Target, among others.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently research, build and enter data to retailer online platforms to drive sales.

    Set up, manage (add, update, remove) and optimize the full catalog of product launched via online marketplaces including Amazon (FBA, Merch on Demand [MOD/MBA]), Walmart, Target, etc., Research and gather product data from multiple sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness in listing onboarding, and own end-to-end lifecycle of listing operations, management, and optimization across all Marketplaces (FBA, Merch on Demand/ MBA).

    Manage the onboarding communication with eCommerce & marketplace manager.
    Support monitoring and updating product listings regularly to ensure consistency and license compliance.

    Optimize listings to reflect changes in keyword data trends and promotional activities at the direction of your eCommerce & marketplace manager.

    Identify listing issues/challenges and support eCommerce & marketplace manager on listing resolution and case management process for the Marketplace team.

    Utilize analytical tools and reports to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in listing optimization.
    Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly and maximize visibility and sales.

    2-3 years' experience in ecommerce, digital or marketplace merchandising and/or product catalog management; Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, ecommerce, websites, Amazon Seller Central and / how products are loaded.

    ~ demonstrated ability to use analytics and benchmarks to understand and optimize organic search, product content, and merchandising.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field preferred.
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to maintain data integrity.
    Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
