    behaviour Mentor - Bromley - Secondary - Asap - £80 - £100 a day

    Teach360 is currently working with a vibrant secondary school located in the heart of Bromley. In order to support a student, the school is looking for a behaviour mentor.

    Behaviour Mentor who has experience working with young people who have challenging behaviour

    The role of a Behaviour Mentor is one of the most rewarding roles in education, as you will have the opportunity to work closely with students who have challenging behaviours.

    It is the role of behaviour mentors to motivate and support students who need academic support in order to succeed academically.

    The most important thing is to have an understanding of the factors that may contribute to a student's behaviour, so that you can form relationships with them that will help support them and help them to affect their behaviour.

    In this role, you will be working in the classroom and in small groups to provide support to students in all subject areas, especially in core subjects such as Maths, Science and English.

    The ideal candidate for this position would have previous experience in a relevant field of employment in the past.
