Description
The Role

  • Dealing mainly with Commercial accounts
  • Administration duties for midterm adjustments, renewals, and new business files
  • Preparing proposal forms and checklist for renewals and new business
  • Process all paperwork in accordance with business procedures and service standards
  • Keeping abreast of market conditions and developments
  • Handling and responding to requests and queries quickly, efficiently and accurately
  • Produce and issue policy documentation
  • Building up detailed knowledge about the company's products
  • Proven experience of account handling within the insurance industry
  • Ideally Cert CII Qualified (or studying towards)
  • Strong relationship building and communication stills
  • A strong desire to maintain technical Insurance Knowledge through managing your own CPD
  • Knowledgeable in multiple classes of commercial business
  • High commercial awareness and be confident in your decision making
  • An ability to work as a part of a team
  • Capable of working under pressure, with multiple tasks and to strict timescales

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Yeadon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
