Our client is a global manufacturer of accessories to the Pet sector.

They are looking to recruit an
Italian speaking Sales Support Executive to join their team on the outskirts of Salisbury.

This position assists with the overall effectiveness of the sales team, compliance team and European office by being a contact for customers, retailers and distributors.

This role plays an important part by supporting KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS & other SALES SUPPORTColleagues, helping deliver sales to authorised customers through precise administration, effective planning, and clear communications.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

Italian, English speaker.
Other languages also considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive telephone manner.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and IT skills in general.
Work well with tight deadlines, be flexible as priorities change.2Effectively communicate ideas and activities across departments.
Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple tasks and quickly learn new skills.
Ability to analyse and solve problems.
Proactive approach to executing new projects.
Abilityto use independent judgment, analyze information and formulate recommendations.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to use discretion and absolute confidentiality where necessary.
Must be ableto lift 25-50 pounds and occasional up to 100 pounds with assistance.
