This is a great opportunity for a Clinical or Medical professional, with an alternative career pathway and active interest in digital solutions.

Location: 1 London Bridge with expectations to visit other sites / some remote weekly working too.

Salary:
£70000-£75000 per annum dependant upon relevant experience

Contract Type:
Fixed Term 2 years

Reporting to:
EHR- Head of Medical Services

Hours:
Office hours, Monday-Friday, full time 37.5 hours per week

A multi-million-pound investment, and part of our long-term digital transformation initiative.

Focused on advancing our technology and integrating web-based navigation, this EHR will allow HCA UK clinicians and colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality and care.

We are investing in a new project team bespoke workforce, 292 new colleagues, focused on digital change management, transforming work practices, across the UK 30 sites, including Primary and Secondary Care.

**In summary the
EHR Order Management Change Lead **is**: A change leader focusing on the medical workstreams within the HCA UK division wide transformational programme that will introduce new ways of working for clinicians and colleagues providing front-line patient care through a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

As the Order Management (OM) Change Lead you will be responsible for lead engaging with stakeholders to capture clinical workflows and requirements, map pathways and process details and then work with our analysts to translate this into new order management capabilities within the EHR.

Order management queries relate to (not limited to), laboratory investigations, diagnostic imaging and other clinical interventions routinely seen in inpatient, outpatient and general practice pathways.

You will be leading a small team to ensure all team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities, empowering them to be pro-active, and clear on delivering to plan, and as a team you will work collaboratively with clinical and IT colleagues, within the EHR team.

Ensure appropriate change management tools are used in the development of the change management plan including stakeholder mapping and engagement plan, business impact assessments, communication and training plans.

Registered Medical or Clinical Professional with experience in NHS or UK Private healthcare.
Experience of digital solutions in healthcare
Previous lead responsibility for large scale change management projects
Experienced in process redesign, writing standing operating procedures, SOPs or policies and audits.
Ideally, experience of an EHR implementation but not essential
Excellent stakeholder management experience
Experience people leader with line management experience.
