• Between 8am and 5.

30pm Monday to Friday Our lovely client based in Normanton, Wakefield are looking for a self-motivated team player who is passionate about their work to join their head office as a customer care account manager


Duties:
Ensuring the customer's needs are met on time to the required standards, while striving to exceed their expectationsTo work as part of the Sales team, providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customersProcess customer orders and provide accurate quotesHaving the ability to spot opportunities for up selling and cross selling to other areas of the business

Essential Requirements:
