Optimise by Recruitment are working with an industry leading supplier who specialise in plant and welfare equipment.They are growing at a rapid rate, with an impressive turnover last year.
Due to growth, they have expanded their network in the West Midlands area and are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.
Their employee's are at the heart of everything they do and currently employ over 200 people across hire, sales, transport, accounting, manufacturing, maintenance and operational teams.
As the new Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the existing territory of business and establishing new clients through managing the sales of company's products and services.
You will be reporting into the Head of Hire & Service, this role will have overall responsibility for a your territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to deliver year on year growth.
- Identify, engage, plan and develop new accounts for your region.
- Coordinate client relationship opportunities.
- Developing a select portfolio of clients, who buy and hire equipment.
- To increase customer awareness of the business and our products and related services.
- To support the development of key accounts
- Provide feedback to Marketing and Line Management details on;
- Competitor activity
- Client activity
- New sites
- Our challenges and potential new opportunities (clients and product development)
