Key Role Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming our customers and learning to guide them through their visit with us.
Preparing for each customer and ensuring all paperwork is ready and the nuances of each customer's visit have been preplanned.
Liaising with customers throughout the day to ensure accurate and timely updates are provided whilst their vehicle is with us.
Learning how to use the systems and processes to deliver a fivestar customer experience
Taking payments and learning to invoice.
Precalling customers to give them vital information about their pending visit and to ensure the team have all of the relevant details to suitably prepare for the visit.
Liaising with Technical Teams to gain progress updates throughout the day.
