Key Role Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming our customers and learning to guide them through their visit with us.
  • Preparing for each customer and ensuring all paperwork is ready and the nuances of each customer's visit have been preplanned.
  • Liaising with customers throughout the day to ensure accurate and timely updates are provided whilst their vehicle is with us.
  • Learning how to use the systems and processes to deliver a fivestar customer experience
  • Taking payments and learning to invoice.
  • Precalling customers to give them vital information about their pending visit and to ensure the team have all of the relevant details to suitably prepare for the visit.
  • Liaising with Technical Teams to gain progress updates throughout the day.

Prerequisites:


  • GCSE (or equivalent) A-C (94) in Maths, English & a Science
  • Good attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence desirable.
