Conduct sessions with the customer over the phone or in-person, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
Provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance, and be the 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas
Apply Oracle methodology and company procedures to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements
Perform varied and complex tasks that require independent judgement, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs

Fluent in French and English (essential)
