About this opportunity
We're looking for a Delivery Lead to support a complex migration to a new cloud platform.
The experienced lead will work alongside the delivery team to ensure the fundamentals of change excellence are achieved, this includes senior stakeholder management, problem solving, facilitation, governance, planning, managing finances and delivering value added outcomes.

Essential skills
This will be an exciting opportunity for an experienced lead who has an interest in being an integral part of a significant transformation to a new cloud payroll
You will:
- Hold extensive experience in role modelling change excellence and demonstrating the key skills and knowledge to safely execute significant change initiatives.
- Can identify and proactively manage a significant number of senior stakeholders, communicating across various workstreams, externally and up the line, to those at Director level.
- Create, coordinate, and manage your delivery plan, alongside driving robust risk management and oversight of any associated financial/budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery through a diverse group of people across different teams and external companies.
- Understand, embrace and adopt iterative/agile methods to support successful delivery of the initiative, inc. the use of supporting collaboration tools (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Have a curious mindset and the ability to understand business problems and technical challenges, and facilitate team design and delivery of appropriate solutions to solve complex problems.
It would be desirable if you had knowledge or experience in:
- Delivery of cloud transformation projects and/or programmes.
- Payroll functioning areas and processes.
- Application of new technology and tools, such as AI, into the modern workforce
- LBG Change tools, systems & processes.
