Service Needs:

Complex care (No experience needed all training given)


Shifts Available Varying hours

  • Monday to Friday 07:00 09:00 09:00 16:00 16:00 20:00 not all shifts available every day
  • Sunday 07:00 11:00 and 11:00 20:00

Skills and personal characteristics needed to be a carer are;

  • Caring and kind.
  • Cheerful and friendly.
  • Willing to be handson with the client at all times while following their plan.
  • Willing to do personal care tasks (washing, toileting, etc.)
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Able to work in a team but use their own initiative.
  • Quick learner.
  • Someone with a great and positive attitude.
  • Good with companionship.
  • Support worker with lots of confidence.
  • Someone who is friendly and loves to have a laugh.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • A passionate person with a genuine interest in caring for others.
