Domus are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a well-established and highly reputable provider of care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the leadership, direction and performance of 4 residential services and 10 supported living services in the West Midlands.
You will have a key role in quality monitoring, staff resources, training, budgets, reporting on the performance and achievements of your teams and celebrating success.
Your role will be key in building relationships with commissioners, families and other key stakeholders and creating opportunities to support more people, so both written and verbal communication is essential.
Lead and manage the Management Team across all aspects of day-to-day business deliverables through supervision, effective management, personal development, retention, and succession planning.
Monitoring performance in relation to quality and key performance indicators to agreed targets for care standards and quality.Ensure compliance with all statutory regulatory bodies and company policies and procedures, and be accountable for ensuring findings from internal site quality inspections are reviewed and actioned as appropriate.
Multi-site management experience or preferably experience as an Area/Regional/Operations manager across services for adults with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities.Driving License and carBenefits
