The Company you will be working for;

The job you'll do;

  • Post incoming cash to accounts and process purchase invoices
  • Reconcile company credit cards and expense claims
  • Assist with basic IT tasks
  • Assist the Logistics Coordinator with declarations & inventory management
  • Procurement of stationary and other office supplies
  • Planning, meeting preparation, notes & agendas
  • Hospitality and travel arrangements
  • Answering inbound calls with excellent customer service
  • Maintain up to date, accurate and compliant records
  • Transparency on all activities especially in relation to customers, partners and outside agencies
  • Forward planning to avoid bottlenecks, delays and rushing
  • Sharing of relevant and pertinent information amongst relevant/interested parties
  • Coordination of activities across departments
  • Contribute to the continued success and improvement of company practices

About you;

  • Be able to maintain clear and precise communication with colleagues
  • Provide clear, accurate and complete information in all communication
  • Be able to work closely with the Finance and Operations Manager and the team
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Have experience in sales and purchase order and processing, payment processing and reporting and report circulation
  • Be able to give basic IT support
