The Company you will be working for;
The job you'll do;
- Post incoming cash to accounts and process purchase invoices
- Reconcile company credit cards and expense claims
- Assist with basic IT tasks
- Assist the Logistics Coordinator with declarations & inventory management
- Procurement of stationary and other office supplies
- Planning, meeting preparation, notes & agendas
- Hospitality and travel arrangements
- Answering inbound calls with excellent customer service
- Maintain up to date, accurate and compliant records
- Transparency on all activities especially in relation to customers, partners and outside agencies
- Forward planning to avoid bottlenecks, delays and rushing
- Sharing of relevant and pertinent information amongst relevant/interested parties
- Coordination of activities across departments
- Contribute to the continued success and improvement of company practices
About you;
- Be able to maintain clear and precise communication with colleagues
- Provide clear, accurate and complete information in all communication
- Be able to work closely with the Finance and Operations Manager and the team
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Have experience in sales and purchase order and processing, payment processing and reporting and report circulation
- Be able to give basic IT support
