Would you enjoy a role focused on the larger projects (c. £1-£3m) of this specialist contractor?Specialising in new build works, this contractor's speciality lies within converting existing modular buildings into new applications.

These units are then re-shaped and freshly fitted out in their on-site production units to produce buildings on spec for education, leisure, healthcare, retail and commercial applications.

Having secured several projects under NEC option 3 contracts, a contract manager is now sought to specifically manage & deliver projects up to £3m in value.

Experience working as a tier 1 contractor
A background delivering new build commercial projects - modular is advantageous
Experience in contract variations with both JCT & NEC forms of contract
