Remote - UK Based

Flexible rates (inside IR35)

6 months initially


Skills required:
Experience in a range of research and design methods, including at least some of the following, is essential:

  • Affinity diagrams
  • Diary studies
  • Questionnaire design
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Service blueprinting
  • Paper prototyping
  • Purpose-MeasuresMethod
  • Handson experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research in either a customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX) or user experience (UX) capacity
