Skills required:
Experience in a range of research and design methods, including at least some of the following, is essential:
- Affinity diagrams
- Diary studies
- Questionnaire design
- Customer journey mapping
- Service blueprinting
- Paper prototyping
- Purpose-MeasuresMethod
- Handson experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research in either a customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX) or user experience (UX) capacity
