    Do you have a strategic mindset to engage with senior stakeholders? We're looking for a Senior Business Strategist to:


    • work together with the various Asset Management (AM) business areas to develop business strategies on a regional, channel and product level - leading cross-functional strategy projects, including e.g., industry and competitor overview, status quo, target design, business case and implementation roadmap, across the entire value chain
    • lead / support cross-Group projects with AM implications
    • support regular refinement of Asset Management's overall global strategy
    • act as a thought leader, sparring partner and constructive challenger to senior leadership
    • provide insightful, accurate and consistent information on a variety of strategic business topics
    • develop strategic presentations for senior stakeholders
    • support inorganic growth efforts / M&A projects

    The AM Strategy team is part of the Chief Strategy Office.

    It supports the AM President and the AM Management Team in developing and executing AM's strategy, and drives cross-functional projects and initiatives across AM and UBS Group, while also acting as an independent thought leader, sparring partner, and constructive challenger to senior leadership of UBS.

    ideally 10+ years' experience within a top management consulting firm or an equivalent in-house corporate development position with a focus on financial services
