- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and data management systems.

- Organisational Excellence: Oversee daytoday administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate student records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports as needed.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of school events, from parentteacher conferences to extracurricular activities, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere within the school.
- Resource Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and resources efficiently, ensuring the smooth running of daytoday operations.
