    Job Description

    I am currently looking for an Associate Construction Project Managers to join an award winning company. Their project pipeline is very strong, which is why they are looking for a Senior to step into join their life sciences team.

    You would be joining an experienced team in Oxford, in a hardworking and well rewarded environment with exposure to some incredible projects. Culture wise they are a close knit team that get on well and have a passion for the work they do, with very little overtime expected, hence the focus on expanding the team to meet the current demands.

    It is expected that in order to be suitable for the Associate level you will require:

    • experience in science/laboratory/ large scale technical projects
    • having proven experience leading a small team and managing multiple projects at once is require
    • a bonus would be if you have worked on listed or graded buildings in the past, so please highlight this in your application if relevant
    • passion for improvement and technical advances within the industry
    • ability to lead small teams in a collaborative environment as well as be responsible for your own time management, to meet joint deadlines

    Salary

    £60,000 - £70,000 based on experience
