Contract type: 6 Months Fixed Term, Full Time


Salary:
£25,393 - £26,663 with excellent benefits


Location:
London, UK


Hybrid Working:

A minimum of 40% of working time is spent face to face, either in London office, or as a result of external engagement or travel for WaterAid.

WaterAid is located at Canary Wharf, London and this will be your location and contract base.

About the Team:


The Supporter Operations Team plays a central role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience, ensuring smooth internal and external fulfilment to maximise supporter engagement in order to meet our ambitious targets.


The WaterAid Supporter Experience & Operations (SE&O) team sit within the Mass Engagement Department at WaterAid and aspires to deliver sector-leading supporter care, excellent supporter management and effective internal response handling operation processes.

The team exist to champion the supporter experience across the organisation and ensure this remains consistent at every touch point.


About the Role:


In this role, you will provide an effective and efficient service in the management of WaterAid's funds and data by taking responsibility for the accurate capture of data on WaterAid's CRM system, and conducting administration in compliance with the Direct Debit and Gift Aid schemes.


The post holder will act as a team player and a generalist, working in a hands-on manner across all aspects of our operational work, supporting the officer & wider team to ensure workload is managed effectively and there is a smooth running of our internal and external operations.


You'll also:


  • Take responsibility for the accuracy of data added manually on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring the database is kept clean and uptodate.
  • Take responsibility for the weekly BACs income process.
  • Set up and amend Direct Debits and standing orders on the CRM.
  • Ensure WaterAid complies and maximises return from the Gift Aid Scheme, through validating Gift Aid declarations and calculating Gift Aid values.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, ensuring an integrated approach, mutual learning and effective use of resources.

About You:


  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work methodically to ensure mínimal errors and to problemsolve should errors arise.
  • Good IT skills (use of Microsoft products) with the ability to input data quickly and with a consistent high level of accuracy.
  • Initiative to find better ways of working, document and communicate ideas effectively.
