- Define functional component and subsystem battery targets to support system requirements
- Manage project cadence and ensure transparent communication and escalation.
- Lead functional reviews to establish functional compatibility across teams.
- Support Integration design reviews to support geometric compatibility.
- Support Lead Engineers in inputting to AIMS and drive closure in line with vehicle gateways

WHAT TO EXPECT
The HV battery engineering department is responsible for the design, development and engineering sign off of all JLR batteries. The department comprises an Agile matrix organisation of designers, test and validation engineers and programme leaders.
Integration Engineers perform a vital role in the battery engineering design maturation process ensuring that the design team are all working in context and are aligned with programme assumptions. The integration team also provide overall technical reporting for design progress toward virtual builds and test progress as stated in RMDV, along with provision of control and documentation for build instrumentation, build deviation documentation, build process and manufacturing process documentation.
