We are seeking a Deputy General Manager, someone looking to expand their experience to continue developing their career with an honest passion for great food, wine, and hospitality. The ideal person for this role will be very ambitious and have plans to become a strong General Manager or to go onto running their own business.

We are a small independent company with a wealth of experience in running high turnover pubs with great food and service, we are looking for the right person to join our family to help us develop a well-established pub in this affluent part of Surrey into one of the leading dining pubs in Surrey with a reputation for excellent service.

The right person for this role will have a real passion for excellent service, must be hands on and always lead by example. The job will involve the usual day to day duties you would expect with running a business of this kind, the main role will be to support the owners and manager in the training/development of a growing team as well as building strong lasting relationships with the local community and businesses.
