Key Responsibilities:

As a Working Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing healthcare projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include:

·Leading and managing on-site teams to achieve project milestones.

·Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

·Implementing and enforcing health and safety standards on-site.

·Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.

·Collaborating with the office team on project planning and coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

·Proven experience as a Working Foreman within the healthcare industry.

·Strong leadership and communication skills.

·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

·Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

·First Aid Trained (Must)

·SMSTS (Must)
