    This **job role** presents a fantastic opportunity to become a part of a thriving University located in one of the most lively and diverse cities in the UK.

    The University of Brighton, catering to over 18,000 students and staff, plays a significant role within the local community. Their extensive gym and studio spaces across two campuses, inclusive of a pool and sporting facilities, provide diverse **opportunities** to all individuals.

    In this position, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team responsible for managing facility operations, improving member experience, and conducting various fitness activities such as gym inductions, exercise classes, workshops, and personalized fitness programs.

    This role is ideal for a fitness professional at level 2 or above, seeking full-time employment or interested in supplementing/self-employed PT work alongside core fitness instructor responsibilities. We are keen on engaging with candidates who show potential to grow within our team and the **fitness** industry.

    Key requirements include a genuine love for fitness, solid knowledge of the industry, strong communication skills, effective time management, and a collaborative spirit to share expertise.
