    They have an impressive portfolio of clients including luxury hotels, restaurants, bars, beauty and leisure spas and, luxury retail brands.

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join their team.

    The candidate needs a luxury, formal background with the ability to work across both Menswear, Womenswear and Accessories and be able to fully manage the production across multiple garment types and worldwide factory locations.

    Experience required is from Luxury and RTW Brands as opposed to Supplier. This role also includes the project management of Webshop clients within the business.

    As a Senior Production Coordinator you will be required to manage the full production process from the handover at pre-production stage through to delivery to client and off-site client fittings.

    Multiple projects run alongside each other so the candidate must be extremely organised and be a good communicator.

    You will be the main point of contact and will oversee the project management for key accounts linked into the Webshop, so a good understanding of how to interact with our Clients is essential.

    You will ensure garments are manufactured and delivered in adherence to the critical path to the required standard across multiple product categories.

    You will be the main point of contact for production with our vendors, mills and trim suppliers, and will liaise with them on a daily basis ensuring requests and deliveries are met according to the critical path.

    Full time permanent position
    You will work from the Waterloo studio full time so must live within commutable distance
    The role is Senior Production Coordinator reporting into the Chief Operating Officer
    A multi-product Senior Production Coordinator, working across a wide range of vendor and raw material suppliers with a strong knowledge of all production techniques and processes
    The role is managing the garment production including raw material placement and delivery from the pre-production stage through to delivery to client and roll out including client off-site fitting
    Complete responsibility for meeting production key dates in accordance to critical path requirements across multiple projects running consecutively including client reorders
    Managing the process of purchasing and delivery of bulk raw materials from suppliers to vendors according to critical path deadlines including creation and management of purchase orders and QC approval of bulk RM swatches
    Responsible for managing weekly production meetings and reporting to the COO any issues/delays that may impact delivery
    Creating and managing project supporting Excel documents to achieve on-time garment delivery including, Range plans, Fabric Ordering Tracker, Vendor Sizing documents, Production Tracker, and Excess Raw Material Tracker
    Planning and placing capacity bookings with vendor base
    Managing the client employee fitting sessions (off-site), including document set up and management, fitting individual employees, and managing collection and re-delivery of altered garments
    Being the main point of contact with the warehouse, arranging inspection of bulk production, and ensuring quality is approved before shipment to the client
    Liaising daily with manufacturers across Europe and worldwide, building and maintaining positive relationships with supplier base
    Resolving issues that arise during the manufacturing process, offering multiple resolutions to solve issues that arise
    Managing shipment of bulk garment deliveries into warehouse/bulk RM deliveries to factories. Negotiating and cross cost price to reduce shipping costs
    Oversee the studio administrator dispatching production samples/trims from the studio to the vendor
    Main contact for the Webshop clients, including resolving account, delivery, and stock queries, the returns process, and managing the setup for new Webshop clients The Candidate
    Relevant and substantial production experience required
    Experience within a luxury or premium high-street brand
    Confident and not afraid to pick up the phone to get efficient and quick answers
    Product knowledge across wide range of categories including garment construction, fitting and production methods
    High-level Excel skills are required, and an understanding of Illustrator is beneficial but not essential
    Must have experience within a luxury and premium brand or high-end high-street retailer
    Garment testing and uniform production techniques experience a benefit though not essential
    You will be a problem solver and decision maker offering multiple resolutions to solve issues that arise during the production process
