Performance Marketing SpecialistThe Performance Marketing team specialises in PPC, Social, Affiliate & Mobile marketing.
The team is supported by data analysts, data scientists, a robust tech stack and comprises of a wider marketing function consisting of Brand, CRM & SEO.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role within the team, with a key focus across Paid Search & Mobile marketing.
You will be collaborating with teams across the organisation and global markets to develop and execute best-in-class digital performance campaigns to drive efficient user acquisition and user retention.
Support the growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across PPC & Mobile marketing, whilst ensuring delivery and optimisation of best-in-class paid media campaigns in line with targets.
Deliver on user growth targets, whilst maintaining efficient CPCs, CPA & CPI.Support the creation and optimisation of digital assets and creative.
Communicate paid marketing performance using data driven insight to wider stakeholders, ensuring that any variance against target is explained.
Experience in data analysis, experiments, incrementality testing, manipulation and presentation of data i.e. pivot tables, charts etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into insight.
Strong organisational and project management skills - able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience in SEO is a bonus
