ServiceNow Business Analyst | To £60k | Birmingham 2x month


Our global consultancy are looking to bring in an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their growing team and kicking off on a very exciting project.

You will be working on the full project lifecycle, from design, testing, and transition to implementationof ServiceNow, all within an Agile environment.


This role will see you using your experience within Business Analysis to capture requirements, manage stakeholders, and work closely with test teams across multiple test phases.

You'll be able to gather and translate complex business requirements and workingclosely with developers throughout the project lifecycle. You will be working closely with external stakeholders as they look to implement ServiceNow modules. You'll need to take their requirements and translate them into Agile stories for various teams withinour client's business.

You will be following projects all the way through to delivery and then executing thorough training documentation to support staff.

You must have experience within the Business Analysis of ServiceNow.

Our client are looking for someone with solid experience with the following:

  • Gathering (business and functional) requirements and producing technical documentation within a ServiceNow environment
  • Working closely with (ServiceNow) Delivery Managers, Developers, Programme Managers, IT Engineers
  • Experience with Agile (preferably SCRUM) methodology
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in IT Service Management design, operations or transmission process
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced environment where business priorities can change quickly


The client are keen to get someone in who is an expert in their field and has a real passion for Business Analysis.

Experience working with complex, technical requirements will be a walk in the park for you and working with tricky stakeholders should bean absolute breeze.

This role will give you the chance to work with a global consultancy where you will be given the chance to work in an Agile team on both project and non-project work.

You'll need to have experience dealing with tricky stakeholders, andliaising internally with development teams, both in person, and remotely.

Salary is up to circa £60k. They are looking to adopt a hybrid working model which will be two times/monthin Birmingham.
