The roleThis role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and the sales executive will be based in Brighton.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Sales Team.
As a Sales Executive you'll provide an end to end customer sales service for all Shared Ownership sales transactions, ensuring all sales targets and Southern Housing's values are upheld.
We're looking for somebody with a strong sales background and experience in shared ownership sales.In addition, you'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be personable, well presented, and composed at all times, and you'll be an active team player, working well with the wider Sales team.
What you'll doLeading on sales as directed by the Sales Manager, you'll achieve agreed sales targets including progressing sales within agreed time limits.
You'll communicate promptly and pro-actively with customers to achieve reservations and provide regular reports on progress to the Sales Manager.
You'll build strong relationships with internal teams - development, leasehold, aftercare, finance and housing management.What you'll need
A clear understanding of all home ownership products including shared ownership, help to buy, LLR.
Sales experience working for a Housing Association, house builder or Local Authority.
An understanding of the needs and aspirations of the customer.
A proven track record of working on mortgage market and conveyancing requirements.
Extensive understanding of CFG and Local Authority Section 106 requirements.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
